What up? It’s Cannon Hunter here.
Listen, I am NO fitness influencer. I am a very average She/They girly who just so happens to prioritize her health, frequent the gym from time to time and stumbled into the JUICIEST body of my dreams.
I make fitness programs for myself, my gym besties and I just so happen to enjoy sharing them with you. So if you’re looking for that shiny gold $130 fit-fluencer plan… see your way out cause I’m just a girly trying to help the girlies. Seriously, don’t bother with my programs. So, where did my fitness journey begin? Well, I remember as a kid making a promise to myself that when I grew up I’d be sure to maintain good health and physical agility because I loved climbing the walls in my house and I never wanted that to change. But when adulthood struck, I realized how truly tough of a challenge that can be… how easy it is to let your health take a backseat when bills and rent are due at the end of the month, and you’ve got general real life responsibilities. 😭 S.O.S.
Since 2016, I’ve been doing the “gym” thing. I probably have the same story of you, always in and out of fitness club never really accomplishing my desired aesthetic or yo-yo dieting. Yikes! At some point I thought fit bodies were only reserved for celebrities on TV who could afford a trainer to whip them into shape. Well… my broke self GOT a trainer and honey that was not for me. So I decided to finally take matters into my own hands. For real this time!
I made it mandatory that I show up for myself DAILY. No matter what. No excuses. I decided I’d stop being hard on myself if my exercised sucked one day or three days. I gave myself grace to enjoy still eating my favorite “unhealthy” foods all while mostly still eating “healthy.” I grew a friendship with my gym accountability bestie, Tarryn! And when I tell you… I GOT SHREDDED AND WE GOT SHREDDED TOGETHER!!! 💥
So here I am to tell you… your fitness goals ARE possible. Even if it takes you a couple months, to a year or seven like me. You will find what works for you eventually, but what’s the most important thing you do now is to either get started or KEEP GOING (Yes, I love an all caps moment)!
